Definitions
Extreme Powder is the trading name of Extreme Powder Ltd, registered in Scotland.
All references to the ’company’, ’us’, ‘I’ or ’we’ shall refer to Extreme Powder.
All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from
Extreme Powder.
All references to the ‘website’ shall include reference to all URL’s owned by Extreme Powder.
General
By using the Extreme Powder website or by making a purchase from Extreme Powder, you are agreeing to these terms
and conditions.
All transactions with Extreme Powder will be governed by these terms and conditions, whether executed online, by e-mail,
fax, telephone, in person or by post.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved
exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
Products
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated.
Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the Extreme Powder website match as closely as possible those of
the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
Product specifications are checked to the best of our ability and, whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate,
no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter product specifications without
notice.
Extreme Powder accepts no liability for any loss or injury caused to individuals, property, possessions or third parties
by the breakage (accidental, deliberate or otherwise) or miss-use or manufacturing or design fault of any product supplied by
us.
If we sell out of a product or are unable to supply you with a product you have purchased, we will offer you alternative products or provide a full refund. We shall not be liable for any compensation claims for any breach of contract or any consequential losses or inconvenience you may have incurred.
Prices
All prices, invoices, transactions and receipts will be in £ sterling.
It is the policy of Extreme Powder to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances
beyond our control, when we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, special offer or promotion, we reserve the right
to do so without prior notice.
All recommended retail prices (RRPs) are those provided by the manufacturers or distributors of the products in question.
All Previous Prices are those offered by Extreme Powder for at least 28 days during the preceding 6 months
Payments
We accept the following payment methods.
- Credit and debit cards on-line using our secure server including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Electron and Delta.
- Bank Transfer. This method may be required if your credit or debit card fails our security checks. Please request our bank details when placing your order.
Extreme Powder reserves the right to:
- Conduct it’s own enquiries into the validity of any credit or debit card and/or to use the services of any agent in so doing.
- Restrict delivery to the cardholder’s address.
- Decline any transaction or sale for any reason whatsoever without declaring the reasons for such action
- Delay shipments until satisfied as to the authenticity of any payment via whatever means.
Force Majeure
Extreme Powder will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or
any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire
and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to
wholly or partly supply the items ordered then liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together
with any associated delivery charges.
Legal Notice - Conditions of Website Use
Upon visiting our website you are required to accept the terms and conditions listed below in return for receiving information
about our company, services and any other business information supplied.
No liability is accepted for third party websites linked to or from or accessible through
Extreme Powder nor do we approve or endorse the contents of any such
sites.

and remain the property of Extreme Powder. In the event of a dispute arising from the use or contents of
the Extreme Powder website you, the user, agree to exclusively accept the
jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

being honest, decent and legal from the date of creation. You agree that information or material accessed or downloaded through

Customer Complaints
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, please telephone to discuss your issue as
in most cases a quick chat can resolve the issue. If further information is required, we may ask you to provide details by e-mail
or in writing.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Extreme Powder.
We aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.
Returns
There is no need to telephone or e-mail us if you would like to return a non-faulty item. If you are not 100% satisfied with any item for any reason (excluding warranty claims - please see below) simply return the goods for a refund, adhering to the following procedures and conditions:
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
- Returned items must be received within 28 days of purchase to qualify for a credit note.
- Returns items received after 28 days of purchase will not be refundable and will not be credited.
- At Christmas, returns received before 14th January will qaulify for a refund, or before 21st Janauary for a credit note, providing the purchase was made after 1st November. Returns received on or after 21st January will not qualify for a credit note or a refund.
- All new items must be returned unused, in re-saleable new condition and with all labels and packaging intact and undamaged.
- Refunds exclude delivery costs unless we sent you the wrong goods or there is a warranty claim, in which case delivery costs will be refunded up to the limits described under ’Warranty’ below.
- Returned items should be packaged well with a copy of the original purchase receipt (sent to you by e-mail) and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. If you can not print off your original purchase order, please type a note to include the full name of the person who placed the order, the order reference number commencing BB... and a list of the items you are returning (to include make, model, size and colour). Unfortunately, hand written notes are not acceptable because they are so often illegible.
- With the exception of warranty claims (see below) you are free to choose whichever delivery method you like for returning items to us, which will be at your own expense.
- We will e-mail you when we have processed your returned items, there is no need to telephone or to e-mail us.
- All refunds will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. It this card has expired, been lost or stolen we will offer a credit note.
- We are unable to provide refunds for items you despatch but which are not received by us or for items which are returned without any means for us to identify who sent the items. If a returned item is lost in transit, you will need to make a claim against the carrier.
- If your goods or packaging arrive damaged, please make sure you notify the delivery company when you sign for receipt of the goods. Unless this is done, transit damage can not be claimed.
- The return of items which qualified the purchaser to a discount (such as buy a snowboard, boots and bindings to save an additional 10%) shall result in the forfeit of the discount unless replacement items are re-ordered prior to the return being made.
- The return of items which had qualified for free delivery may, at our discretion, be subject to a delivery charge if the resultant net order value falls below our £100 or £250 free delivery thresholds.
- Snowboard bags which have been used to despatch your snowboard, cannot be returned, credited or refunded as they will have become used items.
- This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights or any claim you may legitimately have under the terms of the manufactures’ warranty or the Sale of Goods Act.

Delivery Policy
- Immediate Despatch
Every order over £50 is delivered free of charge. However if you require a quicker service, please select the £5 option on the checkout page of your shopping cart. - Extreme Powder will refund return delivery charges in instances of faulty or damaged goods providing prior agreement is obtained but customers shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.
- We are unable to deliver to any PO BOX address
- Delivery charges include packaging and handling and are based on weight. Product weights are estimated to include packaging, the weight of which may vary.
- Undelivered parcels will be re-delivered at the customers expense.
- Undelivered parcels, returned to us by a courier, will be subject to a return delivery charge of £25 - levied by the couriers.
- Quoted delivery times and dates are not guaranteed because once a parcel leaves our premises, it is in the hands of a third party carrier.
- Damage in transit can only be claimed if, when accepting a courier delivery, the damage is reported upon signing for the goods.
- Extreme Powder shall not be liable for delays, losses or damage incurred after the date of despatch, which are at the customer’s risk.
- All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
