Returns Policy
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from extremepowder.co.uk. However, for your extra peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise. So, if you are unhappy with the product in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, we will happily provide an exchange, refund or credit to you at no charge. Simply contact us at info@extreme-powder.co.uk, where we shall process your request.
If you decide you don’t want your purchase any longer we will be happy to arrange a refund or an exchange. Simply contact us at info@extreme-powder.co.uk, within 14 days of receiving your goods, let us know why you want to make a return and we shall process your request from there.
Please note that goods must be returned undamaged and unworn in their original packaging with all tags, labelling, etc. attached and intact.
If you are returning goods because they are faulty then we will cover all postage costs. However if you are simply wanting to exchange items then we do require you to meet the return postage costs, and the cost of posting a replacement out to you.
Extreme Powder cannot accept responsibility for returned items being lost or damaged during transit. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to ensure the item is securely packaged and we strongly advise using a recorded delivery service.
